Went well, and easily

This truck parking was a huge help for my husband and I. We were in a huge hurry to find a place to park. We had to fly out for a family emergency, and we needed to find safe truck parking immediately. The gentleman I spoke with referred me to a location that was ten minutes from the airport. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to see that this location was very secure, and very well lit. The whole process start to finish took us 20 minutes.

Very thankful for this business!

This business is great! Price is fair. The owner is very fair, and they fit my needs. When I was on the road, they let me park in a variety of lots, and accommodated my needs. Very thankful for this business!

Got the best deals

I work for a Medical supply company, made a late night delivery to our customer . Parked in the visitor spot and came back to my car without any problem.

Professional parking service

Professional parking service. I was parked in a lot downtown and paid for parking. The meters were marked and was directly in front of my car.

Scam

I thought I was setting up parking at an actual park and fly facility. I discovered when my GPS kept bringing me to the Rodeway Inn that I had paid to park an unsecured parking lot behind the hotel. Nothing in the description or directions on the app mentioned this. There was no signage at the hotel with the name of the park and fly company. The hotel clerk was rude, couldn't even tell me if I was in the right place. Thank goodness the shuttle driver saw how distressed I was and promised to get me to the airport on time. I felt like I'd been scammed and was worried about what condition my car would be in when I got back.

Is Way a scam or a legit company?

Scam. We purchased parking and was informed lot was attended and to show bar code on app to attendant. Lot was NOT attended and had to purchase a ticket from kiosk. No answer from company either by phone or email

100% scam. They charged me twice and wouldn't refund my money. Buyer beware on this one.

WAS TOLD WHEN I ARRIVED TO PARK THAT WAY CONSTENTLY OVER BOOKS. HAD TO LOCATE PARKING ELSEWHERE. STILL WAITING FOR REFFUND, NOT HOPEFUL BASED ON OTHERS EXPERIENCES.

My husband reserved a parking space since we were flying out of Atlanta Airport. The reservation was for the Days Inn in College Park, GA. When we arrived, we did not feel safe at all leaving our car in that lot as the neighborhood looked very suspect, including police presence nearby. We cancelled and left. Our car was never left in the lot and we have still been charged for the entire 9-day stay. I have called Way.Com at least three times and left messages, but have yet to receive a phone call back and this charge is still on my checking account. Would you be able to have this charge of $54.60 reversed?

Dispute with your bank immediately, they don't give refunds eventhough their cancellation policy States full refund. It's a scam!
